This section contains the full walkthrough (with detailed descriptions and screenshots) of Chapter II of the KGB campaign in Phantom Doctrine.
Your first objective is to meet with Omnikron (special mission, send 1 agent). It turns out that you have to find and rescue him. This is a tactical mission. It can be very easy if you performed recon beforehand. Go inside, turn the lasers off, rescue the agent and finish the mission by evacuating. In this mission you can encounter only 1 hostile agent - don't bother with him unless you really want to capture him and interrogate.
Wait on the world map until you get information from Omnikron. In the meantime, you can complete an optional mission during which you have to bribe KGB agents in order to get Kingfish's documents (send two agents). This is probably the moment when you will be forced to collect intel for all the dossiers - get info from your informers (on the world map), block all hostile activities. Order your agents to work on the investigation board, find Kingfish's true identity and learn where MI6 is keeping the shipment.
Once your investigation is over, perform recon in Glasgow (the place where the shipment is kept). You must attack that location. This time, you will need a strong team equipped with smoke and frag grenades. You should also remember to send one of your agents in disguise (agents that aren't using a disguise should be left outside the restricted zone, near the barrier). Deactivate the lasers and reach the duty officer with the key to the room with shipment. The screen below shows you the place where you can deactivate the lasers.
The officer is here. He is alone in the room which means that you can incapacitate him without any problems.
Get the key and then go down to find the shipment - that place is patrolled by one soldier. Neutralize him - he will cause you problems during evacuation (he is a rather strong enemy).
It turns out that the shipment is fake. This triggers the alarm - you must evacuate from that place. Make use of your smoke grenades. The agents left near the barrier can now cover your agent in disguise - call for evac, remember to use smoke grenades, kill all flanking enemies. Once the mission is over, you will start Chapter III.
