Path of Exile 2 early access is here. Many players were waiting for this game. One of the first things you might see in this title and, at the same time, quite an intimidating one, is passive skill tree. It is enormous. You will have to think carefully about spending any points on it. However, if you make a mistake, it is not over. You can always respec them.

How to respec passive skills in PoE 2

The simplest answer to the question about respect is to “play a game long enough”. Respec is available after completing a few main quests. You will know that you are on a good path after starting Secrets in the Dark mission. Your task is to gather runes to release The Hooded One. Later, you will have to complete The Mysterious Shade, the task which will require you to collect an old ring. Doing so will give you access to the new NPC with the ability to respec. It is quite a long road, as you will have to travel through a big part of Act 1.

Keep in mind that resetting skills is not free. You will have to pay for each point with in-game currency. Additionally, skills have to be connected to each other and create a path (of exile… sorry). So, it is possible that you will have to respec more than one. It is better to think twice before you decide on anything.

Of course, remember also that if you respec traits, you might not be able to use some of your items. Before doing so, check your equipment and requirements of your gear.
