Card #1 – Tommy Angelo
The card is inside Tommy's house in the Oakwood district. You can get it right at the start of The Death of Art, the final story mission. Get the collectible right after watching the cut-scenes from a conversation with Sarah.
Card #2 – Paulie Lombardo
The card is on one of the tables at Salieri's bar. You can take it right after the Molotov Party main mission begins.
Card #3 – Sam Trapani
The card is inside a bakery building in the Little Italy district. The heroes visit this place during the Ordinary Routine mission. The secret is in a room at the back of the bakery, which is the same one where the old lady and the envelope with money are.
Card #4 – Ennio Salieri
The card can be found at the prosecution's mansion in the Beech Hill. Tommy and Salvatore break into it during the Visiting Rich People mission. After breaking into the mansion's main building, investigate all the rooms on the ground floor. It is found on the playing table in one of them.
Card #5 – Frank Colletti
The card is located at the airport and the first chance to obtain it comes during the Omerta main mission. After going through the first airport building (the one with the document on Frank's whereabouts), head towards the building on the left. Try to eliminate the gangsters quietly. The collectible is on a blue barrel next to the fence and wall of the building.
Card #6 – Vincenzo Ricci
The card is in the old prison in the Central Island district. You can find it during the Election Campaign main mission. Shortly after shooting the politician with a sniper rifle, the floor collapses and Tommy loses his weapons and the majority of the health bar. You have to sneak in and quietly eliminate the cops. Stay on the floor patrolled by officers and investigate it thoroughly. The collectible is on a mattress in one of the cells.
Card #7 - Luigi Marino
The card can only be earned during the Fair Play story mission, specifically after winning the race and reaching the paddock of the race track. Before you get to drunk Paulie, check out the building in picture 1. The card lies on the workshop table shown in picture 2.
Card #8 – Marc Morello
The card can be found in the docks of Central Island, in the early part of the Happy Birthday main mission. After reaching the docks where the steamer is moored, go the entrance to the building in front of which Sam stands. Talk to Sam and go inside (this is the same building where you obtain the Sailor outfit). It's on the counter next to the cash register.
Card #9 – Sergio Morello
The card is in the port in the Works Quarter and can be obtained in the final part of You Lucky Bastard main mission, in which Tommy chases Sergio into the port and eliminates regular gangsters along the way. Check every warehouse you pass by. The collectible is in the warehouse from picture 1. You can also find useful supplies there.
Card #10 – Felice Peppone
The card is in one of the rooms on the upper floor of Salieri's bar. However, the doors can be locked and non-interactive during the first few missions. It is best to load the Creme de la Creme story mission. After watching the cut-scenes, stay upstairs, and explore the room.
Card #11 – Tomaso Moretti
The card is in one of the guarded buildings of Federal Customs Impound in the Works Quarter district. The characters sneak into federal warehouses during the Just for Relaxation main mission. The secret is in the first building you explore, the one in which you, e.g. you find a document on where the cigars are stored. It lies on the window sill above the radiator.
Card #12 - Carlo Falcone
The card can be found on the farm visited as part of A trip to the country main mission (it is not available in Free Ride mode). As you explore the initial part of the farm, look for a small illuminated area on the right. It is located in a roof-covered location, under a lamp that swings due to the wind.
Card #13 – Frank Vinci
The card is in the St. Michael's church visited at the end of The Saint and the Sinner main mission. After a huge battle in the church, Tommy has to go after Sam. But don't rush to leave the church. Examine the bench to the right of the exit.
Card #14 – Leo Galante
The card can be found in the Corleone hotel visited during The Saint and the Sinner main mission. It's in hotel room 104 – on the bed.
Card #15 - Fredo Clemente
The card lies on a brick wall next to the East River in the eastern part of the Central Island district. It is best to start at the Marshall Bridge and follow the wall to the north.
Card #16 - Louie Romeo
The charter lies on a brick wall next to the East River in the western part of the North Park neighborhood. The secret is located just below the railroad bridge (marked with blue on the map) and a short distance north of the Giuliani Bridge.
Card #17 – Giuseppe Carillo
The card is in Lucas Bertone's workshop located in the Downtown district. The workshop is best visited in the Free Ride mode. The collectible is on the wooden table with paint cans.
Card #18 – Valerio Marcano
The card can be found inside the Art Gallery building – this is only possible during The Death of Art final mission. You can find this secret when you are chasing Sam, shortly after going through the large balcony from picture 1. The card lies on a window sill by a large window at the end of the corridor – see picture 2.
Card #19 – Lou Marcano
The card is inside a building in Chinatown, the one where you fight during the Better Get Used to It main mission. This is the building you explore shortly after receiving the objective of clearing the courtyard of the opponents and chasing Billy. The card is on the counter.
Card #20 – Sal Marcano
The card is in the Grand Imperial Bank. You can get it during the Moonlighting main mission. You have to go down to the vault floor together with the manager during the robbery and deal with a group of guards. After winning the battle, explore the small room on the left, which also has a first aid point. The collectible is on the desk.
Card #21 – Lucio Marcano
This card can be found at the airport visited for the second time as part of the Creme de la Creme mission, that is, during the pursuit of Don Morello. You can find the card during the fight on the tarmac – it lies on the boards. Get the secret before you approach Hangar 13.
Card #22 – Sammy Robinson
The card is found outside Salieri's warehouse in the northeast part of the Holbrook district. When you get there, don't go into the warehouse. Find the planks that have been stacked against the wall of the building. The collectible is on top of them.
