In this mission, there are ten Minikits, one character card and one Stan Lee in peril. Keep in mind that the mission is divided into three sections and if you exit the level before collecting all the secrets, you won't be able to return there. The following list was prepared in a chronological order (from the beginning to the end of the level), so that you won't miss any of the hidden secrets.

Minikit #1

The first Minikit is located in the first section of the level. It's above the main entrance to the facility (marked in the screenshot with a red arrow). Just use any of the flying characters to obtain the Minikit.

Stan Lee in peril

Right in front of the facility, still during the first part of the mission, you will come across Stan Lee in peril. Destroy the item located next to him, and use the scattered blocks to build an amplifier. As Star-Lord, toss a Gravity Mine in his direction. This will break the debris which can be rebuilt into a fire. Use it to warm up Stan Lee and save him.

Minikit #2

The second Minikit can also be found in front of the main facility. Reach the top of the tower on the right side, and switch your character to Iron Man. Use him to repair the damaged seismometer on the roof. Fix and run the device to collect Minikit #2.

Minikit #3

The third Minikit can be found in the main facility during the first stage of the mission. Move the structure on the right side down. At the end of the path, a container will fall from the top. Destroy it to collect the hidden Minikit.

Minikit #4

Minikit #4 can be collected during the second stage of the mission - in the ocean. Approach the place presented in the screenshot (the middle entrance to the facility) and use Lockjaw to teleport inside. There, you will find the missing Minikit.

Minikit #5

The fifth Minikit is near an entrance with a red pipe. Get to the right balcony and use Ms. Marvel to destroy the red container. Just use the Grapple to snag both hooks. The Minikit is inside the container.

Minikit #6

The next Minikit can also be found during the second part of the mission - in the ocean. Your task is to get inside one of the rooms - just follow the yellow pipe. Destroy a shield in the celling, the same way you did during the main mission. Upstairs, you will find a panel that Ms. Marvel can use. Go through the labyrinth, and activate the red button to open the container on the right. Search it to get your Minikit.

Character card - Black Cat

The next hidden secret is one of the character cards - Black Cat. Get back to the starting point (entrance to the three colorful pipes) and go left. There is a cage, and your task is to destroy it with Doctor Strange or Lockjaw.

Minikit #7

The next Minikit is not far from the cage with the character card. Reach the container presented in the screenshot and destroy it. You will find a pile of dirt under it, so use Black Panther to dig up the hidden chest. Your Minikit is inside.

Minikit #8

Another Minikit is hidden in the third stage of the mission (Brooklyn Bridge). Get to the other side of the bridge, and approach the barricades presented in the screenshot. Destroy them, and create a grapple on the nearby debris. Now use Spider-Man to clear the debris and collect the Minikit.

Minikit #9

The second phase of the third stage takes place on one of the towers of the bridge. Approach the silver container presented in the screenshot and use Iron Man's rockets to destroy it. Now use the blocks to build your Minikit.

Minikit #10

The last Minikit can be found during the boss fight (Doctor Octopus) - it's in the white truck, on the left side of the bridge. Just use a character who can deal with Super Strength handles (e.g. The Hulk).
