3. Has bathroom,
4. Has a bed and a desk, preferably close to each other,
5. About 3 shelves for books (you can use the cheapest handing ones, about 50$ a piece).

Chang Choi likes:

1. To have one bedroom,
2. To have a bathroom,
3. To have a bed next to a desk,
4. To have place for books (2-3 shelves - the more, the better).

Chang Choi does not like:

1. To not have a bed,
2. To not have a bathroom,
3. To not have a bedroom,
4. To have more than one bedroom,
5. To have little space for books.

Hints: if you really want to sell a flat to this person (to, for instance, get the achievement), it can even be sloppy and only partially renovated.
