Location: You have to meet with Hao, participant of the illegal car races. You can find him at night in the ally on south from the Simeon Yetarian's car showroom (screen above). Talk to the driver to learn about the possibility of taking part in a nighttime race.

The starting point of the race

Before you start the race, you of course need to obtain a car and, since the first race is quite easy, you can simply use Franklin's private car. i.e. Baravado Buffalo (of course, if you are currently in the possession of a better car, then it is even better). Regardless of what car you are going to use, reach the race's starting point.

Often use the time-slowing skill

The race consists of two laps and, to complete this mission, you need to win the race. Remember to use Franklin's skill to enter sharp turns safely and, to the extent it is possible, avoid bumping into the other racers, as well as civilian cars and obstacles in the environment.

Rewards for the completion of the mission:

• 200 dollars
• Illicit nighttime car races unlocked

Requirements for the completion of the mission in 100%:

• Fastest Lap - you need to complete one lap within 1 minute and 20 seconds.
• Underdog - you need to complete the race within 2 minutes and 50 seconds.
• Clean Race - you cannot cause more than 5 collisions during the race. The best way to limit this kind of incidents, is to use the time-slowing skill frequently.
