Location: The scenic point in the North-Western part of the map, which is located near the highway and Mount Chiliad.

Reach the scenic point to notice many killed gangsters. Search through all of the bodies to find a briefcase with cash on one of the dying bandits.

You need to get rid of all the enemies

Soon after you leave the area where you have found the briefcase, you will be attacked a few groups of gangsters. Depending on the playable character that you are playing now, as well as on your equipment, you can try to shoot at the gangsters from the speeding car, or stop and eliminate the enemies in a safer way, after you hide behind the car (or any other cover). After you have eliminated the assailants, consider examining the bodies for additional weapons and cash.
