Location: This mission becomes available some time after the completion of the optional Civil Border Patrol mission. You need to reach a mountain path located to the South of Mount Chiliad to meet up with Joe and Josef again (the above screenshot).

Listen to the conversation and get into the SUV (Park Ranger) to start your chase after the person escaping on an ATV. Just like in the previous mission, you could lay fire on the ATV, using an automatic weapon, which will result in the damaging on the vehicle. After the rider stops the ATV, get out of the car and make sure that Trevor stuns the man with his stun gun.

Take the rider to the car and go to the cement works located to the South of here. In this case, you will have to arrest two bikers and, if you are fast enough, using weapons will not be necessary. You can just as well bump into each of the bikes. Use the stun gun on the new immigrants and wait for them to get into the car. This is the end of this mission.

Rewards for the completion of the mission:

• 500 dollars

Requirements for the completion of the mission in 100%:

• Downed - You need to arrest the ATV rider within 30 seconds. Using firearms is advisable.
• Double Downed - You need to arrest the two bikers within 55 seconds. Use firearms or bump into each one of the bikes. .
• Shock and Awe - You need to neutralize personally all of the immigrants by using the stun gun on them.
