Location: This mission becomes available some time after the completion of the Paparazzo - Sextape optional mission. This time around, you will find Beverly hiding in a trash container on the parking lot shown in the screenshot, in the West Vinewood. Listen to the conversation that will concern entering a partnership with Beverly, and unlocking several additional missions, as a result.
