Location: You have to reach Tongva Hills in Vinewood. On the screen above you can see two old persons - Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill. Listen to their conversation and get to know that they collect personal stuff of celebrities. When you get an e-mail from Nigel, orange circles start appearing on your maps, marking possibility of beginning new secondary mission related with collecting items of famous persons.
