While playing, we are taken to the Japan of 1999, and our task is to solve cases of mysterious murders. It seems that the perpetrator’s modus operandi matches the one of the criminal that carried out the assassinations of the most important members of the government and was supposedly killed by a police detective. The storyline initiated in the original is continued in the sequel, whose story was enriched with previously unavailable chapters. Gameplay-wise, both titles are typical detective adventure games that focus on exploration, gathering evidence, conversation with neutral characters, and solving puzzles.
