In subsequent episodes of the game, the hero uses his skills to solve various criminal puzzles.

Again, the player takes on the role of John Yesterday; as for the plot, it was divided into two timelines. Thus the player, familiar with present-day events, is taken back to the era of the Spanish Inquisition. In terms of game mechanics, the game follows the pattern of its predecessor.
