Action games. Wide category of games that require reflex, accuracy and agility. It includes, among other things, shooters (e.g. Call of Duty and Battlefield series) and action-adventure games (Tomb Raider). First and third person perspective (FPP/TPP) is used. In most cases we are playing as a character who has to defeat some enemies and reach a specific point. We can use a wide range of weapons, including pistols, rocket launchers, swords, knives and like. Action-adventure is a particular category within action games genre. Such titles put less emphasis on action and combat, focusing more on story, exploration and puzzles.

First-person action game in fantasy climates, in which the fun is to fight in the arenas. Blade and Sorcery was created with the VR in mind and offers a realistic combat system that tries to simulate clashes using a variety of weapons and even magic. WarpFrog studio is responsible for the title.
Darksiders Genesis

Spin-off of Darksiders series, realized in the form of an isometric action game with RPG elements and offering the possibility to play in 2 people on a single screen. Darksiders Genesis is the prequel of the cycle, and its main characters are two Riders of the Apocalypse - War and Strife. The production was created by Airship Syndicate studio, which previously gained recognition with Battle Chasers: Nightwar RPG game.

An FPP/TPP shooter with roguelike elements. Killer Bean is a sequel for the animated movie Killer Bean Forever. We play as an anthropomorphic coffee bean trained to be a highly qualified killer. We engage in battles, trying to ultimately stop the Shadow Agency.
DayZ: Frostline

The second large expansion for the popular post-apocalyptic survival game from Bohemia Interactive. DayZ: Frostline introduces a new frozen Sakhal map with 83 square kilometers surface size. The add-on also has minor improvements, including a new fishing minigame.
Battlefield Hardline

Another installment in the popular FPS franchise. Visceral Games, the studio known mainly for the excellent Dead Space sci-fi series, developed their first major installment in the long-standing Battlefield franchise. It's a result of the transition of the franchise to a two-year production cycle, similar to the one made by its competitor, Call of Duty. Unlike the previous parts, this one is focused on the efforts of police forces against organized crime.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

Published by Electronic Arts, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is a game based on the fifth movie following the adventures of a young wizard. Similarly to all the previous installments, the game is available on multiple platforms and follows the formula developed by the previous Harry Potter games – the players are given an action adventure game, in which they observe the action from the third person perspective.

Gears of War: Judgment

The main protagonist is Damon Baird who, together with his brothers in arms – Augustus Cole, Garron, and Sophia, is falsely accused of treason.

In contrast to the first installment, Titanfall 2 offers a single player campaign in which you assume the role of a resistance rifleman with the ambition of becoming a pilot. His chance comes as the owner of an Argus class Titan dies during his mission and the stranded machine chooses the protagonist as its new pilot.

The Bureau: XCOM Declassified

Tactical third-person shooter (TPS) that came out as a spin-off to the XCOM strategy series. The game was developed by 2K Marin, best known for making BioShock 2. The Bureau: XCOM Declassified is set in 1960s, showing the early stages of the war between XCOM and aliens who invaded the Earth. The main hero – agent William Carter – gets sent to places where aliens have been spotted in order to wipe out the invaders.
Transformers: The Game

Dynamic action game developed by Activision, an adaptation of the 2007 American superproduction. The PC version was created by Traveller's Tales, while the console and handheld editions were made by Vicarious Visions. The plot of Transformers: The Game is loosely based on the story told in the film. In the game we can control both Autobots (Optimus Prime, Ironhide and Bumblebee are at our disposal) and Decepticons (in this case we play as Megatron, Barricade or even Starscream).

Commandos: Strike Force

While developing Commandos: Strike Force, Pyro Studios decided to try a somewhat different approach, ending with a tactical action game seen from a first-person perspective instead of a classical tactical strategy game that the series has accustomed us to.

Grim is a FPS produced by More Polygons studio. The game focuses on dynamic and purely arcade network battles with other people. The fun is enhanced by several interesting ideas, such as equipping the characters with the ability to perform giant jumps and a system of buying improvements for themselves and the team.
Foxhole

A multiplayer shooter game played from an aerial view. Foxhole emphasizes logistics-related tasks performed by the players - they have to gather resources, produce and deliver equipment, but also construct defensive structures. Developed by the Canadian studio Clapfoot, the game casts the players in the roles of regular soldiers fighting for one of two factions. The experience was inspired by battles fought during both World Wars.
