The player directs actions similar to the clouds of heroes, Kumulo and Nimbe, who set off to fight against the evil Doza and his destructive machines in the fairy tale world. The game consists in skillful use of the skills of heroes and NPCs.

In order to reach for a virtual win, players have to face 10 skill-based competitions with varying degrees of difficulty. They have only 60 seconds to complete each task. The title was produced by AEg Solutions studio.

The hero has to face powerful enemies lurking in the underworld. The production resembles such hits as Castlevania. However, its characteristic feature is a huge portion of good humour. Interestingly, Unepic is available in the Polish language version.

In game, the player becomes Isaac and travels through successive randomly generated dungeons, similar to the ones in the first installments of The Legend of Zelda series. Each level is filled with scores of enemies, demanding boss fights, and classical puzzles.
