After you start the day again, the item that you have found starts to bleep. You need to find the spot that the sound directs you towards - it becomes louder and louder as you approach the area. Additionally, to make navigation easier for you, you can use the compass ([N]), which is now the item that you have found. You simply need to turn the receiver in a given direction and the number of lit LEDs will show you the way - the more the better.

The area that you are looking for is near the tower. First, go a bit South and then West, towards the area named MEDICAL WHEEL. Exact location has been provided in the above screenshot.

More or less halfway there, while you are on the path, the receiver should start to bleep faster and faster. Find the obstacle of bushes a bit to the South (you can shove them away). Behind it, you notice the backpack attached to the tree - examine it and activate the alarm. Then examine the backpack again. There, you find a key and you also receive a message from Delilah.

Return to the tower. On the door, you find a tape with a player. Listen to the recording to end this day once and for all.

Note: Before you go to the tower, you can also go to the cave and open the gate, for which you have found the key, but right now you do not find anything interesting there.
