The classic high cross
It is the simplest variant of passing the ball into the penalty area - as we are dealing with a simple, universal play, which requires us to use the appropriate amount of force, so that the cross can land upon our teammate's head or so that it will allow him to score an impressive goal. To execute this play, press the button responsible for the cross and choose the direction that ball is supposed to go in. You cannot guarantee the precision of this play if your player is being actively contained by a defender - under such circumstances it is hard to expect that the cross will be successful in any way.
Low cross
The low cross is an opportunity to dynamically overtake the defenders and try to score with an impressive diving header or to run past the defensive line and simply finish it off with a standard shot. It is not worth it to use this type of cross when there is a large number of defenders in the penalty area - the chances of the ball reaching its original recipient are rather low. To execute this cross, press the button responsible for the cross twice and pick the direction of its flight.
Ground cross
The ground cross is most effective when we are conducting a counterattack, and a quick, dynamic play has a chance of reaching a player running into the rival's penalty area. It is also a good way of inflicting mayhem into the enemy defensive line, if you put a lot of power behind the cross - such a play can cause the defenders to score an own goal or procures a situation that is very easy for our attackers to finish off by, simply speaking, slamming the ball straight into the enemy goal. To conduct this particular cross, press the button responsible for the cross three times and choose the direction in which it is supposed to go.
