Recruiting juniors is a great idea for filling your club with young players with potential, who in time can replace experienced ones and introduce new quality to your club. Before you start looking for promising youngsters, first hire a scout - carefully compare all available candidates, focusing on best price/quality ratio, keeping in mind your budget limitations.

After recruiting a scout, you need to wait 1-2 days before the new employee appears in the office. Then you can send them or a search of young players.

The next step is selecting territory where the scout is going to go - first choose a continent, then a country you want to be analyzed. The last thing is to choose the playing position of your candidate and time of search.
