Your equipment is limited to only one piece of each item, so judge well the situation when you want to use them.
Beer
 | Drinking a beer will give you a temporary damage 75% damage reduction and additionally slow down time which might come in handy with dodging enemy bullets and aiming. The cost for that is a blurred vision and constant burping ;) |
Steroids
 | Taking steroids will significantly your melee attacks for a short period of time, but will limit you to using only them. Your Ego bar will also increase to 75% of its maximum level. |
Holoduke
 | A portable hologram lets you draw enemy attention away from yourself by creating a moving and shooting copy of Duke. The hologram cannot be destroyed before it depletes on its own and its weapon doesn't deal any damage. In the same time you gain invisibility and can safely deal with enemies. |
Dukevision
 | Dukevision is basically night vision built into Duke's glasses. You always have them with you, so you can use it at any time and without limit. Note that bright places will be lit up even more |
