2. Replace or repair all worn out parts

PARTS:

• Suspension Arm Front-Left - 300 USD
• Suspension Spring Front - 240 USD
• Suspension Arm Front-Right - 300 USD
• Shock Abs. C Front-Right - 150 USD
• Suspension Arm Rear-Left A - 500 USD
• 2x Rubber Bushing - 110 USD
• Shock Absorber Rear - 100 USD
• 2x Suspension Spring Rear - 300 USD
• Suspension Arm Rear-Right A - 500 USD

This time the customer orders you to perform the general maintenance and the renovation of the entire suspension. The first step will be to perform the Diagnostic Path Test - then turn on the Show parts conditions mode. Moreover, test manually each unexamined element of the suspension - by each of four wheels you need to check the condition of:

• Shock Absorber
• Suspension Arm
• Rubber Bushing
• Suspension Spring

It's time to start changing defective parts:

FRONT LEFT WHEEL:

You have to replace here:

• Suspension Arm Front-Left
• Suspension Spring Front

Purchase these parts and replace:

Spring:

1. Twist off and remove Sceo LX500 Left Wheel.
2. Twist off Sway Bar End Link Left.
3. Twist off Shock Abs. B Front-Left.
4. Remove Suspension Spring Front and assemble a new one.
5. Assemble removed Shock Abs. B Front-Left, Sway Bar End Link Left and screw Sceo LX500 Left Wheel.

Suspension arm:

• Use Car Lifter and go to the view of the front chassis with the Engine - inspect option.
• Put out Rubber Bushing within the suspension arm.
• Remove Suspension Arm Front-Left and assemble a new part.
• Put Rubber Bushing on it's place.

Almost entire suspension is designed for change in this mission.

FRONT RIGHT WHEEL:

You have to replace:

• Suspension Arm Front-Right
• Rubber Bushing
• Shock Abs. C Front-Right

Acquire all parts and start realizing that part of the order:

Suspension arm, rubber bushing:

1. Use the Car Lifter and go to the view of the front chassis with the Engine - inspect view mode.
2. Put out Rubber Bushing within the suspension arm.
3. Remove Suspension Arm Front-Right and assemble a new part.
4. Put new Rubber Bushing on it's place.

Shock absorber:

• Go to the Wheel - inspect view mode.
• Turn on the Disassemble Mode.
• Twist off Sceo LX500 Right Wheel.
• Twist off Sway Bar End Link Right.
• Twist off Shock Abs. C Front-Right and place a new part.
• Place Sway Bar End Link Right.
• Screw Sceo LX500 Wheel.

REAR LEFT WHEEL:

In this case you have to replace:

• Suspension Arm Rear Left A
• Rubber Bushing
• Shock Absorber Rear
• Suspension Spring Rear

Prepare parts and start the operation:

Shock absorber, suspension spring, suspension arm:

• Use the Car Lifter and go to the rear of the car with the Undercarriage - inspect option.
• Remove Shock Absorber Rear located by the left wheel of the car and assemble a new one.
• Remove Muffler V6 Rear-Left.
• Remove Suspension Arm Rear-Left A.
• Put out worn Suspension Spring Rear and assemble a new one.
• Assemble new Suspension Arm Rear-Left A.
• Assemble Muffler V6 Rear-Left.

Rubber bushing:

• Find Wheel Hub located by the left wheel of the car.
• Put out worn Rubber Bushing and assemble a new one.

REAR RIGHT WHEEL:

The last part of the task is to change:

• Suspension Spring Rear
• Suspension Arm Rear-Right A

Gather parts and work:

Suspension spring, suspension arm:

• Use the Car Lifter and go to the car's rear with the Undercarriage - inspect option.
• Remove Muffler V6 Rear-Right.
• Remove Suspension Arm Rear-Right A.
• Put out worn Suspension Spring Rear and assemble a new one.
• Assemble new Suspension Arm Rear-Right A.
• Assemble Muffler V6 Rear-Right.
