A serious customer comes with a serious list - your another task is to replace gearbox, clutch, drive axles and starter. Purchase following elements (you can repair gearbox and starter):

• Drive Axle Left
• Drive Axle Right
• Starter
• Gearbox
• Clutch Friction Plate
• Clutch Pressure Plate
• Clutch Release Bearing

Removing the axles gives you the possibility to disassemble the gearbox.

So let's begin the replacement with removing the axle:

1. Go to the Wheel - inspect view mode.
2. Turn on the Disassemble Mode.
3. Twist off Aisan Cougar Front Left Wheel.
4. Twist off Drive Axle Left.

Do exactly the same with the front right wheel. Now it's time to take care of the gearbox:

• Raise Hood and go to the Engine - inspect view mode.
• Turn on the Disassemble Mode.
• Twist off and remove Starter located in the rear of the engine.
• Twist off and remove Gearbox.
• Remove Clutch Release Bearing.
• Remove Clutch Pressure Plate.
• Remove Clutch Friction Plate and assemble a new one.
• Assemble new Clutch Release Bearing.
• Assemble new Clutch Pressure Plate.
• Assemble new Gearbox.
• Assemble new Starter.

In the end assemble new axles:

• Go to the Wheel - inspect view mode.
• Turn on the Disassemble Mode.
• Assemble new Drive Axle Left.
• Screw Olsen Grand Left Wheel.

Repeat that operation also with the right wheel.
