Sniper rifles in Apex Legends Apex Legends Guide and Tips

Last update: 20 February 2019

Apex Legends allows the players to utilize high-quality sniper rifles. Sniper rifles, armed with a special scope, can be used for combat on medium and long ranges. Aiming for a headshot is recommended, although body shots can also be effective. Long and medium range combat means taking a good sniping position and waiting for the opponent to appear in your range. In case where the enemy is close, it is best to utilize a side weapon.

  1. Sniping requires patience and composure. Remember that if your target is moving, you need to aim a bit further, along his projected path of movement.
  2. Use the scope on medium and long distances.
  3. Zoom works great as means to scan the area in search for a potential target.
  4. In close combat, you can attempt to hit your target with your sniper rifle or change to a sidearm.
