There are many character classes in Xenoblade 3 to choose from. Here you can read how to use the Stalker's Art-Follow Up ability and when you unlock it.

Art-Follow Up is a type of buff that deals additional damage to enemies. When one of your characters is within the range of the Art-Follow Up field and uses any ability, a green ball will be fired from their hands.

Art-Follow Up can only be used by a Stalker that you unlock through Juniper. The Juniper quest will be unlocked automatically as you progress through Chapter 4. It is best to assign this character class to Noah or Mio and use the ability when there are as many team members around as possible.
