The followers you recruit in Weird West aren't immortal - if you don't take proper care of them, you'll end up having to face your enemies alone, especially on higher difficulties.

There are several ways you can heal your followers in Weird West:

1. Food or Water: Eating food or drinking water from barrels heals every character currently in your party.
2. Cacti: Large cacti can be punctured and drunk out of. Smaller cacti have flowers on them which can be eaten for some healing.
3. Bandages: Talking to a follower lets you give them bandages, which automatically uses them up.
4. Doctors: You can find doctors in some towns - if you pay them they'll fully heal every character in your party.
