Wasteland 3: Attributes - CLASSIC Wasteland 3 guide, walkthrough
Last update: 03 September 2020
On this page of our game guide to Wasteland 3 you can find information about character attributes. By reading this section you will find out what the CLASSIC attributes system is.
All characters of your team are defined by 7 attributes (based on the CLASSIC system that also appeared in the previous installment of the series). All attributes use a 10-degree scale - the higher the value the better the knowledge of a particular attribute.
The benefits of each attribute have been shown in the table below:
Attribute | What does it modify? |
Coordination | Action points (including max amount of AP), resistance to negative statuses and status effects |
Luck | Penetration, Lucky Action Chance, Lucky Crit Chance, Lucky Mega Crit Chance, Lucky Evade Chance, Lucky Critical Resist Chance, Lucky Double healing Chance, Lucky Double Money Chance, Lucky Double Scrap Chance |
Awareness | Hit chance, Perception, Ranged Damage Bonus |
Strength | Constitution, Constitution per Level, Melee Damage Bonus, Throwing Range, Equip items requiring 1 to 10 Strength without penalties |
Speed | Combat Speed, Evasion, Initiative |
Intelligence | Critical Chance, Critical Damage, Critical Heal Chance, Critical Heal Bonus, Gain +1 Skill Points every 2 Intelligence (one-time bonus, at character creation) |
Charisma | Strike Rate, Leadership Range, Experience Bonus, Mission Reward Bonus |
You can develop all of the above attributes by using skill points which are being received when you advance the character to a higher level of experience. Unfortunately, their number is quite limited, so you have to distribute them properly.
