How to cure Harvey Fiddick?
Unfortunately, Harvey Fiddick is a typical optional character that cannot be helped. The protagonist's fate is not in Jonathan's hands, and we cannot help the sick person in any way. Dialogues and conversations with doctors will not help. The Harvey case should therefore be treated as a story with an open end.
