COMPLETE MISSION WALKTHROUGH:
You start off inside a prison cell. Listen to what Jamie (he's one of the members of the JBA terrorist organization) has to say (#1). He will give you a knife. Additionally, you will find out more about your objectives. You will have to help the prisoners to start a riot. Turn left. Destroy a small poster. There's a hole here. Use it. Once you've reached a new room, you will have to use a nearby pipe (#2). There's only one path leading to your current destination, so you can't get lost. Enter a small ventilation shaft.
You should be able to leave the ventilation shaft in a few seconds. Some of the prisoners are fighting with the guards, but you can ignore them (#1). You're quite safe here. Turn left and start moving forward. You will have to reach a second ventilation shaft (#2). It'll be located on your left.
Get closer to the ventilation shaft. You will have to use your knife here (#1), but it shouldn't be much of a problem. Entering the shaft can be quite tricky. Try standing up and moving towards it. Once you're inside, head on to a small room that's located in front of you. Make a few steps forward. Press the USE key (#2). This will allow you to reach an observation post. SAVE your progress here!
Climb down to a large room. You should be standing in a darker spot, so you're safe here (#1). There is a single guard here. You could try and ignore him, however this force to monitor his movements. It's best to neutralize this guard. You could also use some of the nearby objects to hide Fisher (#2), however this won't be necessary.
There are two things for you to take care of. First of all, use a nearby computer (#1). It's located near the landing spot, so you won't have to search the entire room. There's a well known mini-game for you to finish. Once you've completed it, read one of the e-mails. You will receive a door combination (1403). Go ahead and use it on a nearby cabinet (#2). Open the cabinet. There are some smoke grenades inside. It would be wise to pick them up.
Head on to the nearby door (#1). Wait for the second guard to leave this area. You will have to proceed with a new mini-game (#1). Make sure that you're pressing a correct movement key. I'm sure that you won't have any problems figuring out how this works. Open the door and proceed do the staircase area. It would be best to create a new savegame here.
You should be standing near a staircase (#1). That's where you'll need to choose your path. There are two different ways to reach your next destination. The nearby door will lead you to the upper part of the complex. I wouldn't recommend going there. You'd have to spend a lot of time avoiding the guards. Instead, head on to the staircase (#2). This is a longer path, however you won't encounter any major problems along the way. There's also more for you to see there.
Once you've reached the lower level, open the door and turn left. There's a second door here. Head on to the next room. You will have to use a panel (#1). I'm sure that you remember the correct combination (1403). You will come across a large metal detector. Just as before, you will be able to neutralize this device using various approach methods. The easiest way to disable it would be to hack into the computer system (#2). You could also cut one of the cables, however doing this could expose you to one of the nearby guards.
The large corridor is being patrolled by a single guard. It would be best to neutralize this threat. Wait for the right moment to start following him (#1). Make sure that you're not being noticed. Otherwise you would have failed one of the secondary objectives of this mission. Get closer to the guard and knock him out (#2). You can't make too much noise while doing this!
It would be wise to pick up the body of the unconscious guard. Thanks to that, you won't have to worry about him being seen by other guards. Head on to a single door (#1). You will have to pick the lock in order to open it. Make sure that you have saved your current progress, as there are some challenging areas ahead of you. It's very easy to make a mistake there.
Start off by moving closer to a darker side of this room (#1). There are two guards in your vicinity. Both of them are shooting at the other convicts, however you will have to be very careful. Your enemies will be changing their positions from time to time. I would recommend that you neutralize both of them. Start with the guard located on the left side of the room (#1). After that, take out his colleague. You should be saving your progress quite frequently. Thanks to that, you will avoid repeating larger sections of this level. Additionally, make sure that the bodies aren't spotted by other guards. You can try and hide them in the shadows.
Make sure that both guards have been neutralized. Now you will have to reach a small room that's located on your left (#1). Start moving forward. Keep close to those objects which are located on your left (#2). Make sure that you're not running. Otherwise one of the guards would have spotted you.
You will have to make a stop here. Get closer to a small entrance (#1). One of the guards will arrive here very soon (#2). You will have to be very careful, mostly because he will be using a flashlight. Additionally, save your current progress. Wait for the guard to get closer to your position. You can knock him out or try to avoid his movements.
Knocking out the guard isn't a necessary thing to do. You could wait for him to move to the right side. Head on to the stairs. Stay close to the left wall (#1), so you won't be spotted by anyone else. You shouldn't make any unnecessary stops here. Head on to a small door (#2). Just as before, you will have to pick a lock. Enter the new area of the compound.
There should be a large staircase in front of you. Use the stairs to reach the upper level. Be careful, though. One of the guards will be patrolling this area (#1). He's carrying a flashlight, so make sure you're well hidden. I would recommend knocking him out. Just make sure that he doesn't fall down the stairs. You should stay here a little while longer. There are two e-mails for you to read here. Additionally, you will be able to pick up a riot shotgun (#2). If you're lucky, you won't even have to use this weapon. Nevertheless, it's good to have it with you.
Proceed to the top floor. As you've probably noticed, one of the guards is fighting with the prisoners. I'd strongly recommend that you take him out silently. Otherwise he would have been shot by the convicts. This would result in losing some trust with the NSA. Step up to the small computer console (#1). You will have to choose the Open All Cell Doors feature (#2). There's a well known mini-game for you to solve here.
Opening cell doors will allow you to gain trust with the JBA organization. You may take a closer look at the prisoners if you want to (#1), however this is not necessary. Once again, you will be able to choose one of the few available paths. You could use the elevator, however I would recommend heading out to the balcony. Turn right (#2) and start moving forward. You can ignore some of the visible prisoners. They won't try attacking you.
You should be able to locate a vertical pipe here (#1). You must use it in order to be able to reach the upper level. You will also have to choose a horizontal pipe along the way, however I'm sure that won't be much of a problem. Once you're there, ignore one of the guards (#2). You shouldn't kill him. Additionally, make sure that he doesn't see you.
You should moving towards the right side of this balcony (#1). Next, you will have to jump over the balustrade. Like I've said before, you can't be seen by anyone. Ignore the guard. You could knock him out, however this is not necessary. Head on to a small ladder (#2). You must use it in order to reach the next level of the prison.
Hide somewhere near the ladder. You should be crouching in the shadows. Wait for one of the nearby guards to get here. It would be best to neutralize him (#1). Make a few steps forward. You will have to repeat this action (#2). There's a second guard here and he'll be coming your way very soon. Knocking these guys unconscious won't result in a mission failure. Just make sure that you take them out the second they decide to move closer to Fisher.
Now you will have to turn left. There's only one major thing for you to do here. Locate a broken glass (#1). That's where you'll need to go. Head on to a small platform. You should be able to head on to a new pipe from here (#2). This will allow you to reach the highest level of the prison. You will be informed that Jamie has been captured. You must save him.
Start moving forward. You don't have to stay quiet in this area, because there aren't any other guards here. Head on to a small metal passageway (#1). You will have to use it in order to get closer to Jamie's position. You should be able to notice him very soon (#2). Start heading his way. Make sure that you have saved the game.
Exit the prison building. You should be crouching here. Get closer to Jamie and the guard (#1). You will have to neutralize this opponent (#2). Make sure that he doesn't hear you coming and you should be just fine. You won't have to get rid of the body, because you won't encounter any other enemy units in this area of the map.
Listen to what Jamie has to say to you (#1). This is the final part of this mission, so you won't have to create any additional savegames. A news helicopter will appear in the vicinity (#2). Jamies decides to use it to escape. Once the conversation is over, start running forward. Use the stairs to get down to the lower level.
There's a dark alley ahead of you (#1). That's where you'll need to go. You should come across a single door. Open the door and use the ladder (#2) in order to get to the roof of this building. Wait for the helicopter to show up. After that, this mission will come to an end.
Important! Just as before, you will have an opportunity to receive two new rewards. Just make sure that you have completed both secondary objectives. The game will unlock an Ultrasonic Emitter (one of the coolest tools of the game) and Wall Mine - Stun.
