Important choices | Episode 5: Cry Wolf The Wolf Among Us Guide

The Wolf Among Us offers choices that bring consequences. In each episode, we will find several such decisions and the game will adapt itself to them automatically. It is not clearly stated which choice is good or bad, or whether it will in fact influence our gameplay. Sometimes we will have to choose from two options that will both bring bad results. Depending on what you decide to do during your adventures, the characters in the game may react to your actions differently. At the end of each episode, we can view the choices that we made and compare them with the choices of other players.

Important choice #1

You will find the first important choice in the third chapter - Vagabonds. Your decision is whether you will kill Georgie. Killing him will mean showing mercy, because Georgie will die no matter what you choose.

1.) [Kill Him] - you show mercy to Georgie.

2.) [Leave Him To Die] - you leave him and he dies in pain.

There are no consequences of this choice.

Important choice #2

The second important choice is the situation in chapter four - Face to Face. You have to decide whether you want to kill the Crooked Man or whether you will take him to the trial alive.

1.) Ok, let's go - You arrest the Crooked Man and bring him to the trial.

2.) You are not going anywhere - After choosing this option, another one appears - about killing the Crooked Man. you bring his corpse to the trial.

Attention! The decision that you make here will have a symbolical meaning. After arresting him, the Crooked Man will try to defend himself during the trial. If we kill him, all the people of Fabletown, including Snow, will think that we perform our duties wrong. However, the result will be the same. The Crooked Man will be sentenced for ordering the killing of two women.

It is also worth mentioning that despite the Crooked Man being sentenced, you will be able to decide about his fate. Considering the end of the chapter, which is also the end of the first season, this choice will have its consequences in later adventures of Bigby Wolf.

Important Choice #3

Important choice #3

The third important choice is deciding the fate of the Crooked Man, which has been mentioned when describing the second choice. You will find this situation in chapter five - On Fairness.

1.) [Rip his head off] - You kill the Crooked Man right away. If you do this, changing your mind from the last choice, all of the people present will start to fear you.

2.) [Throw him down the Well] - The result is the same. You kill the Crooked Man.

3.) [Lock him up] - You put him into jail and lock him up using magic.
