Statistics
Below, you will find a list of Warren's statistics that may change depending on the gear that you equip.
Stamina consumption
Stamina consumption in combat. Any value above 100% is to be avoided and will be considered as a drop in effectiveness. Any value below 100% allows you to land attacks of the same power, at a lower stamina cost. The same goes for running or dodging. The armor may take some load and consume less stamina.
Energy acquisition
The rate, at which you fill the energy bar in combat. By default, the value is 100%, but nearly any weapon in the game has its own modifier that allows you to regenerate energy faster. You can also do that with dedicated implants.
Energy loss
The rate at which you lose spare energy, if you are out of combat for longer than several seconds. The lower the value of the parameter, the longer the energy bar will retain energy, which is what you want.
Energy consumption
This parameter specifies the percentage value of the energy bar that will be consumed by a drone attack or by charging such an attack, if there are no direct targets nearby.
Stability
One of the key parameters that depends on the armor that you are wearing. The higher the stability, the lower the chance that an enemy attack will knock you down or break your attack.
Reduction of damage from elements
Some opponents use weapons that inflict additional damage from elements and even are capable of setting you on fire. A perfect example are flame throwers common in R&D location. Appropriate level of this factor lets your armor absorb some of the damage. The higher the value, the better.
Defense from crushing, cuts, stabs
Level of reduction of individual attacks, whose type depends on the weaponry used by the enemy. The attack type also depends on whether strong or weak attack has been used. The higher the parameter, the better.
Operator class
A class of lightweight armors of low stability, but also devoid of any specific penalties for stamina consumption in movement and dodges. It is a good armor for any player, for the beginning stages of the game. Later into the game, it is designed for more experienced ones.

The bonus from this armor will surely be useful to those, who can efficiently manage energy and avoid attacks to remain functional for as long as possible. The bonus harmonizes well with a heavy weapon of low attack rate. Using momentum and the element of surprise, you can deal massive damage and knock the enemy out of balance. This will buy you time to land another, sped-up strike before he can react.

This set works best against the enemies that you can loot for it. It is a good idea to use it while in that location. Thanks to this, you can avoid some damage from gas and flames, and sometimes, damage absorption will let you survive their combination. Note the low stability of the set and the necessity to dodge.

This one is a perfect set for scavenging for scrap and components. Thanks to it, you can regenerate some HP lost in combat, which lets you stay in the battlefield and take advantage of the multiplier for longer. It is sorely useless in boss battles, but it may prove useful if you try to get to them. With a relatively high attack force, it perfectly complements Vital Injector .

Ironmaus is the only lightweight armor with medium stability, which can be additionally upgraded, after using drone's special module. A decent armor, if you want to use lightweight ones, but from the perspective of bonuses, its usefulness drops.
Argus class
Medium armors make up the smallest group of armors in The Surge. They ensure medium stability, but they do not assist movement to the extent lightweight armors do. These are the best choice of the players ware new to this game, as well as to games using similar mechanics.

Unarguably, this is one of the best sets in the game, whose characteristics make CREO staf demanding opponents. This is the best option for beginner players and it makes a safe choice, if you still lack any idea for your loadout. With a little bit of luck, you can collect the entire set in the second location, but due to shortage of power, of the core, you will, most probably, be unable to use it.

This set is especially useful to players that are not that good at dodging, but also to ones that are excellent at them. The former may set regeneration of health, whereas the latter will be able to empty the Vitality Shot slot and use it elsewhere, while retaining the healing potential.

This set is dedicated to players who rely on the drone in combat. The upside of this armor is that it has low core energy consumption, thanks to which you can you can install higher-level implants early into the game. It should be noted that the poison cloud exhausted by the drone is especially useful against opponents armed with flame throwers.
Goliath class
Heavy armors of high stability. Individual types are highly popular in the final stages of the game, so you should prepare yourself for tough enemy resistance. Not only will it be difficult to knock them down, but also to deal considerable damage to them. Using Goliath class armors is a quite safe option, but you should remember that stamina cost and core power consumption, while moving, are higher.

Unarguably, this is one of the worst sets. You can use some of the elements, but the bonus from the whole set is not too useful, especially that there are criteria that it is subject to. It is better to focus on any lightweight type, instead of choosing Rhino because, apart from the fact that the bonus requires an extra core, the whole set consumes quite a lot of stamina.

Useful for any player, not only due to the bonus, but also thanks to the high stability. In itself, the armor has a high core cost, so it can be easily used by higher-level players. In this case, implants that you obtain from robot-scorpion tails will be useful. Depending on your playing style, you can focus on increasing the potential of healing items for higher survivability or use the bonus for experiments with other implants. The table also provides information on Bloodied PROTEUS, which has the same properties, but is different in terms of looks.

High reduction of damage taken and lack of any greater downsides, by the bonus is rather contextual. You can increase the armor's effectiveness if you install implants that slow down the rate at which you lose energy. Also, implants boosting the rate at which stamina bar fills will become handy. If you have problems with crossing an area, high resistance may be the key, although it is always a good idea to consider PROTEUS set, which boosts healing effects. MG Cerberus is very effective against bosses, where it is difficult to monitor your energy consumption on a regular basis, and excludes using Vital Injectors.

The situation is analogous with the previous set. Appropriate management of energy will allow you to use the full potential of the set.
