Foundation | The Outer Worlds Walkthrough

Foudation is a task from the Halcyon's storyline. Its goal is to eliminate all of the inhabitants of the Edgewater. This page of our guide to The Outer Worlds has a detailed walkthrough for this quest.

Walkthrough

This task is activated during a conversation with Akande's assistant, after completing the Signal Point in Space. Then she will ask you to eliminate the inhabitants of the Edgewater.

If you decide to do so, head to the Emerald Vale. Your first goal is the geothermal power plant. There is a terminal that allows you to reprogram the automechanicals. There you will have to deal with the defenders of this place. Once you are approached by a guard, you can use the ability to persuade or intimidate, resort to bribery, or fight.

After reprogramming the machines, go to the Edgewater to destroy the robots walking around the city.

At the end, return to Akande and report that the task is completed.
