An Elevated Perspective

Lily tells you, that some "good guy" called Ray wants to meet with you as soon as possible.

Ray is on the roof of a building in Marshall, beware of the infestations in the area and in the same building Ray is on top of, you dont have to fight the infestations, just drive to southern part of the building and immediately jump to the ladder leading to top.

When you reach the top, it turns out that Ray wanted just to tell you that it is very happy to help anyone who needs it, take care of your car, provide resources etc. After the cutscene, the mission is completed and shortly after Ray will contact you to give you a "gift".

Sweet Ride

When Ray Santos will contact you, he will ask you to meet in the east of Marshall. It turns out that he has a bit of material to give group of survivors, and for that, he will give you a car. The only thing that is associated with accepting gift is driving Ray to a place where survivors in need of materials are.
