Finding glue | Shaggy Planet Samorost 3 Guide
Last update: 11 May 2016
After landing on the next planet, you will be welcomed with the view seen on the above screenshot. At this moment, you won't be able to do anything in this area. Shattered elements of the vessel, which can be seen on the above screenshot, can be rearranged, but after a short while the vessel will crumble again. Head to the left side of the screen and continue to the next section.
You will be welcomed with this sight. You can try interacting with the environment, although you won't be able to do anything significant. Instead, continue venturing to the left side and enter the next section.
After entering the next area, you can interact with those things. If you want to continue with the main storyline, interact with the cart, which can be seen on the above screenshot. The protagonist will jump into it and will be taken to the other side of the cliff. However, before you do that, you can also unlock another sound collectible. Wait for the bird visible on the above screenshot to appear and click on the animal with your LMB. After a short cut-scene you will be given the desired collectible (Woodworm Steam Achievement).
Entering the cart will transfer you to the last location of this part of the planet. Note the large plant growing just above the hill - it will be essential in completing the current objective. The interactive area was marked with a red circle - drag the trumpet on it to learn the details of the objective.
The contents of the hint can be seen on the above screenshot. The objective requires you to rearrange the sweet flag flowers growing in the lake in such a way, so that the arrangement of seeds looks exactly the same as in the hint.
Before you start rearranging the flowers on the sweet flag stalks, you must approach the edge of the section and wake up the sleeping animals. Click on every single one of the with the LMB, and then continue with your main objective. Each sweet flag stalk, with the flower on it, corresponds with the placement of the seed on the hint. The whole process of rearrangement can be made easier, by zooming the view on the plant.
Zooming in on the plant can be done by clicking on it with the LMB. During the closer look, you can operate on the "sliders" on the sweet flag. Interaction is possible by clicking on it with the LMB, holding it on the inflorescence, and sliding it either up or down. Each time you move it, you will be able to see the change on the flower itself. The above screenshot shows the correct placement of flowers. The flower on the right corresponds to the uppermost seed, and each succeeding flower corresponds to the lower seed.
The correct order will cause the awaken animals to sing in a specific rhythm, and a fragment of the flower will fall down from the top of the plant, allowing you to continue with the objective.
Approach the plant, press and hold the LMB on it and move your mouse in such a way, that the plant leans with the opening into the pond. If the plant is placed at such an angle, as the one visible on the above screenshot, a seed will drop from its insides. The seed will fall into the pond, and a new plant will grow there.
Move your character into the area marked with the red circle on the above screenshot. Lean the new plant in the direction of the character. After doing it correctly, the cup of the plant will open, and the glue will fall out from there. The protagonist will collect the plant glue, which can be used to stick together the parts of the vessel, that was falling apart at the beginning of this chapter.
Enter the cart by holding the LMB, and slide your mouse from right to the left side of the screen, watching as the hero moves the cart from one part of the hill to the other. After getting out of the cart, head towards the broken vessel.
Now you can stick the parts of the vessel together. Drag the glue onto each part of the vessel. Afterwards, the they should have a white outline.
After applying glue to all of the vessel parts, rearrange them, by dragging the separate parts with the LMB over the main part of the vessel.
