After the mutant is dead, use the elevator in front of you and go down to the secret lab.

In the prison you have to find a key inside one of the cells. In order to find it, you have to avoid large fat zombies, which can charge at you really fast.

When you get the item, open the door on the left and use the zipline to get to the upper floor.

At the end of the sidewalk you'll find the door, from behind which a powerful mutant will come running. You can avoid his charge by pressing RT at the very last moment or by hiding on a platform on the right.

Once you succeed, leave the beast alone and run forwards. On your way you'll encounter one more creature, which has to be passed by.

By going forwards, you'll reach a room where you'll be ordered to get rid of all enemies. Your opponents are previously encountered charging monsters. Kill them one by one, replenishing your ammo in nearby crates. In order to avoid the charge, it is best to turn to the nearby sidewalk.

When the last enemy is dead, go to the indicated room, thus ending this stage.
