At first, go to the hole in the floor and jump down.

After landing you have to head forwards until you reach a crate with a golden lock.

Destroy it quickly with a shot and then take an artifact fragment hidden inside the crate.

A moment later you'll be attacked by two zombies. Quickly eliminate enemies, leave the room and use the zipline to get to the upper level.

A high ladder will lead you to the door, where you can place an artifact fragment.
