After watching it, move to the window and start shooting enemies. If there are too many of them, move back.

At some points mutants will blow up the door, trying to get inside. Quickly throw a flash grenade and get rid of the enemies with your fists.

As soon as your hero mentions an avalanche, use the scooter parked nearby. Now you have to quickly drive to avoid the avalanche. At the beginning, stick to the right and when you enter the wood, move to the center of the path. The drive is quite hard, but the game saves very often, so you should manage it.
