Your only objective is to make another tough decision. Choose whether you want to trust Amaral or Hatch.

• Amaral - Trust Sofia and assume that Hatch is the traitor (The Doctor),
• Hatch - Trust Hatch and assume that Amaral is the traitor (The Right-Hand Man).

The "right" decision is Sofia, and regardless of your decision Hatch becomes the traitor. The choice results in small changes in the cut-scenes. Additionally, it heavily affects the scenes: in the next episodes Paul kills Amaral, in the episodic element Paul / Hatch (depending on the choice) will deliver a speech in TV.
