This is related to consumer ratings. They can start eating at your competition if they are not happy with your service. Click on any of pedestrians and learn how they rate your restaurants. From this panel you can learn about their social group [1], your and competition's brand image [2]. You can also see a few ratings that are related to various aspects of your restaurant [3]. An active star means that this client is happy with a given aspect.

Check a source of low ratings by clicking on representatives of a given social group. This allows you to learn about a cause of a negative image of your brand and change those aspects. For example, if your clients aren't happy with the fact that they need to wait too long then you may have to make changes in staff of a given restaurant.

You should also invest money in marketing. This can encourage new clients to visit your pizzeria. Remember that without changes that have impact on consumers' ratings your advertisement campaign will work only over a short time. New clients will also decide to visit your competition.
