To hire an employee, drag their icon to the schedule

We have received a proposal to take over a small restaurant. It the beginning, our task is to build a new team of workers, and we have to man at least two shifts. In this case we have to employ two people for the position of a chef, two for the position of a waiter, and two buyers. To do this, go to the "Employees" section. On the left you will find a list of people looking for a job and on the right you will find the shifts to be filled. At the beginning, due to the very limited funds, we try to select employees are cheap. We focus on speed rather than quality. As soon as our restaurant becomes renowned and earns more money, we will be able to afford better staff. To replace an employee, click on the cross next to the person you want to dismiss and replace them with a new employee by dragging their tile into that place.

To create a good recipe, we can temporarily hire a chef

The next step is to expand the menu. We have to create at least 5 recipes and add them to what our restaurant offers. What we need to focus on is versatility. The next stage of the task is to achieve the satisfaction of at least 3 social groups at the level of at least 60%. In each of these groups, we have to serve 45 customers who will express satisfaction at the appropriate level. To start with, let's wait two or three days, and if the level of support from a certain group grows slower, we add a new position to the menu - something a bit more to their taste. I was able to achieve the objective in 20 days. As time went by, I hired a new, more expensive staff and a chef who prepared recipes tailored for the groups that interested me. From the beginning my target were laborers, students and teenagers, because their tastes are relatively similar. In order to employ a chef, we enter the bakery and click on the green icon on the smartphone, after which we choose the parameters we are interested in, i.e. the group for which we create the recipe and the quality of the pizza. The second parameter determines the price that we will have to pay. The next goal will be to earn 20,000 dollars. But in the majority of cases it should to be completed straight away.
