In this task, our goal is to open a second restaurant. The spot we have rented is empty and the layout is not entirely appropriate. In order to change this, we enter the architect menu and determine the layout that suits us best. The best arrangement is one room for the kitchen, one for the dining room, and one for the warehouse. Then we have to equip the place. A larger room should be chosen the dining room, as it has to accommodate a minimum of 4 tables and 16 chairs. When decorating the dining room, we should pay attention to which social groups will visit our restaurant most often. According to the chart, in the afternoon and evening these are mainly teenagers, tourists and laborers. If this is the type of traffic that dominates in our restaurant, it is worth betting on either the modern style, which will fully satisfy teenagers, tourists and additionally students, or simple style, which will very much appeal to laborers, teenagers in a moderate way, but it certainly won't be up the tourists' alley. I've decided to go with the modern style, because my restaurant is focused mainly on young people and tourists.

Our next task is to prepare the restaurant for official opening. We have to man three full shifts. Let's start with one person from each department. Let's set the opening hours between 12 PM and 3 AM because that is when we have the biggest number of potential customers in our area. Once our restaurant is open, we'd better have set appropriate prices. In order to complete this stage, we have to increase the prices of all products in the menu so that the margin is over 50%. This time it's best to set the slider around 120% in order to complete the objective as quickly as possible.

The third stage of the task is to achieve a specific level of sales, which is 55 portions of pizza in the second restaurant. We have 48 hours to complete the objective. For this purpose, it is best to hire additional staff and equip the kitchen with one more station. The most important thing we need to have are good buyers, armed and ready. When the restaurant is closed, let's employ two cheap staff; it's important that they deliver any goods to the warehouse before the opening. During the rush hour it's best to have 3 waiters, 2 chefs and 3 swift buyers who can deliver large amounts of supplies. We can't afford to have downtimes caused by lack of ingredients during this task, so it's worth investing additional resources in service speed.
