Experience points and development in Pathway Pathway guide, tips
Last update: 23 April 2019
Each of the characters in Pathway has the ability to advance to higher levels once he/she accumulates enough experience points. Afterwards, the player can unlock one of the available perks from the skill tree of a given character. Below you can find information about accumulating experience points and advancing to higher levels in Pathway.
Acquiring experience points
Once a character advances to a higher level, you will be prompted with information located right next to hero's portraits.
To advance to higher experience levels, acquire new abilities and increase the attributes, each character accumulates experience points separately. Experience points are earned in combat, but also during events and especially for completing some of the achievements. The maximum level for each character is 5. During combat, the amount of experience points gained depends on the following factors:
- Killed enemies;
- Amount of Intelligence (INT) of the character.
Heroes fallen in combat will not gain experience points. To advance a character to a higher level, open the inventory tab and press the "Level Up" button located above the hero's head.
Advancing a character to a higher level
During the advancement, you can select one new perk from the skill tree. All of the parameters are passive abilities and increase the statistics of wielding specific weapons or armors, unlock access to new types of equipment (new weapons or, for instance, the ability to use grenades or medkits) or increase a specific stat - only be 1 point.
