MMORPG is still a popular genre. A good proof of that is Throne and Liberty. The game was released a month ago and reached over 300 000 concurrent players in peak (via SteamDB). Now, players can enjoy Brighter Shores. It seems that this title does not attract as many gamers as previously mentioned TaL. However, it still managed to gather over 10 000 people (via SteamDB). Who knows? Maybe the number will be greater in the future. Nevertheless, before that, it seems that developers have to deal with various server issues.

Brighter Shores with Server Issues

A few minutes ago many players have started to report that they have been disconnected from servers. Gamers were puzzled by the situation, especially since there were a little bit over 14 000 people in Brighter Shores. A lot, but not something which should cause connection issues in MMORPG, which has “massively” in its name.

It seems that everything is under control again. However, players have noticed a rollback. One of the fans even reported that he has lost progress 3 times. It seems that there is still something going on with servers. It is difficult to say what exactly, as developers did not share any information on the X account. Players have to be patient for now, let’s hope that the issue will be solved soon.

We have to add that server issues are nothing out of ordinary in the case of new games. It does not matter whether we speak about indie projects or AAA titles. Almost all have connections issues at launch.
