Hello!
The first memory is very easy to locate and it can be found in Chapter 2 - Let's meet. It is next to a passage through which you will have to go anyway. In the picture below you can see a memory card with a balloon drawn.
In the main menu, this memory looks like in the picture below. You can enter the details of the memory by left-clicking on it.

The second memory can be found in Chapter 3 - "Roof over the head" in the elderly man's home as soon as you deliver an apples to his home. The memory is on the ground floor, on the right side of the building.

Wladyslaw Szpilman
The third memory can be found in Chapter 4, "The thief's duty," after the girl is captured, getting through the roof to the bottom and moving to another location. The memory is on the left.

Polish soldier
The fourth memory can be found in Chapter 5 - "You're not alone anymore", after the kidnapping of the boy and the girl's intrusion into the police station. The memory is located in the police station building, on the first floor on the left side of the building.

Jozef Unrug
You will find your fifth memory in Chapter 6 - "Interrupted Adventure" after you have descended to the underworld and come across the first bomb. You will find the memory on the upper floor, right next to the bomb (just in case, first shoot the cover of the explosive with the slingshot).

The sixth memory can be found in Chapter 7 - The Colorful Day. Climb the ladder, leave the hideout, and you will find the memory on the left side.

The seventh memory can be found in Chapter 8 - Changes, changes, changes. The memory can be found during the stealth sequence in the park - you must pass through the gate before the lion statue into the alley above (deeper into the location, on the further plane).

Children in the Ghetto
The eighth memory can be found in Chapter 9 - The Inferior World. After spilling the paint on the officer you must go forward. You will notice the memory on the left side.

The ninth memory can be found in Chapter 10 - The Orphanage in Trouble. You will find it in the shop, on the roof. Go upstairs (next to the man near the exit from the shop) and then find the ladder that leads to the roof. There you will find the memory.

The tenth memory can be found in Chapter 11 - Inside the Lion's Den. The memory can be found during the sequence with the pipes - simply combine the pipes and transport the boy through them.

The twelfth memory can be found in Chapter 13 - I Want to be Just Like You. The memory can be found after entering the plane, behind the ladder on the right side.

The thirteenth memory can be found in Chapter 14 - the Leviathan. After entering the cart with the sleeping robots you must start sneaking up to the left and you will find the memory.

The fourteenth memory can be found in Chapter 15 - The Forest. Here, you will find a logical game sequence during the change of the tracks of the flying enemies. The memory can be found in the upper left corner.

The fifteenth memory can be found in Chapter 16 - The Return. The memory can be found in the destroyed house of the grandpa of the girl. Once inside, use the first stairs to go up, then go to the left, and up.
