First, turn right, go past the scaffolding and bags of sand, and you will see a club - go inside and talk to the bartender, then turn right onto the stage and press the interaction button. Go through the dance minigame (you must hit the appropriate buttons when the notes are in the area marked with vertical lines).
Having completed the minigame, you will see a mirror on the table next to the bar - take it. You can use it to dazzle people when you stand in the light. Switch to the boy, stand in the beam of light, use the same key as when aiming from the slingshot (default Ctrl) and aim at the bartender, press the interaction key. Now go outside, approach the button under the scaffold and press the button. Stand in the sunlight. Wait until a soldier with a cart stands under a drinking worker and blind the worker. Follow the soldier, wait until he puts down the bottle and take it. Now turn right until you meet a man sitting on the bench at the tram stop - depending on who carries the bottle, switch to this person, give the bottle to the man on the bench.
Continue right into the number one box and press the interaction button. When the tram arrives, get in.
In the next location, go right and you will reach a barrier. Have the characters hold hands, take control of the girl and wait for the car - to go through the barrier move along with the shadow of the car. Then go straight to the path higher (away and into the background, using the Up key). Go right to the white X on the ground and lift the boy. Go across the roof, down the ladder, then right again and go to the next location with the Down key. On the left you will find another memory.
Then you'll have to sneak past the guards, hiding in the shadows of the buildings. At the end, a sleeping guard awaits you - sneak past him and head to the building. To enter the commander's room, you'll need a code - you will find hints on the first floor, where there are cabinets with numbers (under the image of the commander). The access code is formed by a sequence of cabinets with medals, beginning with the smallest number of medals to the largest number of medals. The door access code is 726. Enter the room and take the cake from the table.
