The following page of our Medievil game guide includes a walkthrough of The Crystal Caves level. Crystals! Lots of crystals! However, none of them will be given to you, as Zarok plans to use their unknown power for his dark experiments. There are rumors that the crystals are guarded by a dragon.

Walkthrough
Shoot the flying demons (two fire arrows are enough to shoot down one) and pass through the crystals. On the left side you can see the Chalice (not yet filled). Go into the cave, talk to the Gargoyle and break the crystals (it can be done with the sword). Go straight ahead and, while avoiding the flames, collect the Earth Rune. Now go right and watch out for Imp Thieves (the same ones as in the Mausoleum). Clear the corridor of enemies and treasures, read the book and use runes. Go left under the waterfall, where a fight with The Dragon awaits you.
Collect all the treasures, the Star Rune and the book. Now place the two Dragon Gems in the eye sockets of the sculpture. Equip the hammer and hit the ground in the following order:
Hitting the left part (red crystal) of the ground will cause the crystal to fall on the middle part
Hitting the middle part (blue crystal) of the ground will cause the crystal to fall on the right part
Hitting the top right part (green crystal) of the ground will cause the crystal to fall on the right part
Hitting the right part (blue crystal) of the ground will cause the crystal to fall on the left part
Similarly, hit the ground so that the crystals fall on the dragon's head. Repeat the process until its health bar is emptied. For the defeat of the dragon you will get the Dragon Armour and the "Whack-a-wyrm" trophy. If you managed to harm yourself with a falling Crystal, you will receive an additional trophy: "Stop Hitting Yourself".
Leave the area.
Go through the cave, then around the hole with water and eliminate all creatures. Not only that you will be back at the beginning, you will also be able to collect the Chalice. Go left at the crossroads and use the Rune. Cross the bridge and exit the level.
