When you jump into the water, you'll see a cut scene. You'll get [450 exp] and will be able to look around. There are no dangers in the ocean so you can explore the area freely. Go straight ahead in the direction in which Shepard launches flares. There's only one path, so you cannot possibly go astray. When you reach a large gap, you need to jump down into it. Go straight ahead and meet the Leviathan.

Regardless of the used dialogue options, Leviathan will join the allied team. That's where the adventure draws to an end. Congratulations!
