Red brick

On the second floor of the ship you will find the Collector from whom you must take the mission.

Now fly up and use the computer shown on the picture. After activating the computer for the first time the door to the bridge will open and walking through it will trigger a cutscene. Instead of that, activate the computer again (it should have a Hydra logo). Glasses will fall from the object on the right side - deliver the object to the Collector. You will receive the red brick for doing that.

Stan Lee in peril

Walk to the left side where you will find two handles. Pull out the cover from the wall by using Ultron or Hulk. A ladder will appear that will allow you to save Stan Lee imprisoned on the second floor.
