Speak with the Collector and receive the mission of finding an item from him.
Walk towards the booth on the right side and scan the area as Iron Man. When a pile of ground appears, switch your character to Squirrel Girl and dig up the required item. Go back with that item to the Collector and receive the reward - the red brick.
Stan Lee in peril
Stan Lee is imprisoned in the last part of the mission. Fly on the roof shown on the picture, switch character to Captain America and put out the fire behind which Stan Lee is standing.
