In order to find the hard drive that the Collector wants you must enter inside the building and unlock the passage as Ultron. Behind the secret door you will find the item that you must deliver to the mission giver. For that you will receive the red brick.

Before you destroy Loki's force field, first fly to the roof shown on the picture and get rid of Chitauri that can be found there. Stan lee will be freed after you kill all enemies.
