In this section of the guide to Layers of Fear 2, you can find the solution to the puzzle, in which you have to restore the supply of electricity. To solve it, reach the engine room at the beginning of the second act of the game. You will learn how to provide electricity by skillfully placing the power cable.

To the engine room, you will get immediately after escaping the monster by jumping into the elevator shaft.

Go to the lever shown in the image to control the speed of the ship. Move all the way left or right. This action is intended only to restore the supply of electricity in the area, so it will be easier for you to move.

In the next room, you solve the main part of this puzzle. Go to the power socket in picture 1 and pull out the electrical cable. Take the cable to the right and place it in the socket shown in picture 2.

You can pull the lever located next to the lamp. This will allow you to continue your journey through the engine room.
