Achievements | Appendix Just Cause 3 Guide

There's a total of 47 achievements / trophies in the Just Cause 3, from which 8 are "secret". The secret achievements are the ones that are done automatically, while completing various missions in the game. To collect all the remaining ones (39), you will have to perform various actions, described in the below table.
 | (Just) Causin' Chaos Description: Get 1000 Chaos. Hint: Chaos points are given to you for destroying enemy vehicles and objects. |
 | Chaos is My Middle Name Description: Get 100000 Chaos. Hint: Chaos points are given to you for destroying enemy vehicles and objects. |
 | Chaos Millionaire Description: Get 1000000 Chaos. Hint: Chaos points are given to you for destroying enemy vehicles and objects. |
 | ...Without Bullets! Description: Destroy every Chaos Object in a Military Base without weapons, grenades, or planted explosives. Hint: to get this, you should look for a base with the smallest amount of objects and destroy them with only your grappling hook. |
 | My Little Rocket Man Description: Tether an enemy to a launched gas canister. Adeo, amico! Hint: attach one end of a tether to a gas canister, and the other one to a soldier - afterwards shoot the canister. |
 | This was Supposed to be a Western Description: Destroy all Chaos Objects in a Base without leaving your vehicle. Hint: use a tank to liberate a base but don't leave it until it is done. |
 | You're Outta Here! Description: Plant a Booster Explosive on an enemy soldier. Then send them flying. |
 | Bragging Rights Description: Beat another player's score in a Challenge. Hint: to get this you need to play in the online mode, which causes your feats and scores to be compared with other players. All you need to do is to get a highest score than a single player. |
 | Getting it in Gear Description: Earn at least 3 Gears in a Challenge. Hint: you have to finish at least one challenge with at least 3 gears. |
 | You've Got Gear Description: Earn 5 Gears in a Challenge. Hint: you have to finish at least one challenge with at least 5 gears. |
 | A Real Gear-Getter Description: Earn at least 3 Gears in one Challenge of every type. |
 | All the Gears Description: Earn 5 Gears in every Challenge. Hint: you have to complete all the challenges in the game with the highest rank in all of them. |
 | Earth, Wind and Sea Description: Unlock Rebel Drops for at least one land vehicle, one air vehicle, and one sea vehicle. |
 | Caught 'Em All! Description: Collect every vehicle available by bringing them to Mario's Garages. |
 | Tomb Raider Description: Pay your respects at every Ancient Tomb. Hint: you have to collect all the Ancient Tombs in the game. Details can be found in the proper section of this guide. |
 | Remember the Fallen Description: Light a candle at every Rebel Shrine. Hint: you have to activate all the Rebel Shrines in the game. Details can be found in the proper section of this guide. |
 | Diary of the Madman Description: Discover all of Di Ravello's audio tapes. Hint: you have to collect all Di Ravello's Tapes in the game. Details can be found in the proper section of this guide. |
 | Old School Cool Description: Find every vintage weapon and vehicle part. Hint: you have to collect all the Vintage Parts in the game. Details can be found in the proper section of this guide. |
 | Consummate Daredevil Description: Drive a land vehicle off of every Daredevil Jump in Medici. Hint: you have to perform all of the Daredevil Jumps in the game. Details can be found in the proper section of this guide. |
 | No Stone Unturned Description: Find every collectible strewn across Medici. Hint: get all the collectibles in the game. |
 | Top of the World Description: Stand on foot at the highest point of Medici. Hint: the highest point is the top of the mountain in the Insula Striate, in the Montana province. At the top of the mountain there will be a small stairway with an altar, on top of which you must stand to get the achievement / trophy. The exact coordinates are: N40 48.105, E5 43 232. |
 | Anything You Can Do... Description: Beat a score you were Called-Out on. Hint: to get this you must play in the online mode, which another player can challenge you to beat his score. |
 | Feat Fetish Description: Perform every Feat. |
 | Viva la revolucion Description: Liberate a Province. Hint: it will be given to you automatically upon liberating a province. |
 | Take That, You Pipelin Jerks Description: Disable the FOW in Insula Fonte. Hint: it will be completed together with your progress in the game. |
 | Baker's Dozen Description: Liberate 13 Settlements. |
 | Taming the Dracon Description: Completely liberate Insula Dracon. Hint: to get this, you must liberate all the provinces in the Insula Dracon. |
 | Hope Springs Eternal Description: Completely liberate Insula Fonte. Hint: to get this, you must liberate all the provinces in the Insula Fonte. |
 | Heart of Stone Description: Completely liberate Insula Striate. Hint: to get this, you must liberate all the provinces in the Insula Striate. |
 | Unlocked and Fully Loaded Description: Unlock every weapon and vehicle available in the Rebel Drop menu. Hint: see the Equipment chapter for more info. |
 | Can't Touch This Description: Call-Out another player in a Feat. Hint: to get this achievement, you need to play in the online mode. The situation is similar to the "Anything you can do" achievement / trophy, but this time you must challenge someone to beat your score. . |
 | Forgive Me, Father... Description: Take sanctuary in a monastery to clear Heat Level 5. Hint: get a 5th heat level and then take shelter in one of the monasteries available in the game to lose the enemy. |
 | MOD Initiate Description: Unlock your first GEAR MOD and activate it. |
 | MOD Specialist Description: Unlock every GEAR MOD in a single category. |
 | MOD Tinkerer Description: Have every GEAR MOD active for at least 1 minute each. |
 | First Encounter Description: Successfully complete an Encounter. Hint: all you have to do is to simply complete a random encounter (such as hauling an ally car to the gas station). |
 | Supply and Demand Description: Unlock 10 Resupply Points by completing Encounters. Hint: similar to the above "First Encounter" achievement / trophy, but this time you have to complete 10 random encounters. |
 | Three Holy Hideaways Description: Unlock 3 Heat-Clearing Priests by completing Encounters. Hint: similar to the above "First Encounter" achievement / trophy, but this time you have to complete the random encounters near (up to a few hundred meters) from a monastery. Do this three times and the achievement will be yours. |
 | Enjoy Your Homecoming Description: Complete Story Mission: Welcome Home. Hint: it will be completed together with your progress in the game. |
 | What a Disaster Description: Complete Story Mission: A Terrible Reaction. Hint: it will be completed together with your progress in the game. |
 | The Power of Bavarium Description: Complete Story Mission: A Long and Dangerous Road. Hint: it will be completed together with your progress in the game. |
 | These Mines are the Pits Description: Complete Story Mission: The Great Escape. Hint: it will be completed together with your progress in the game. |
 | F!#& YOU, MISSILE Description: Complete Story Mission: Missile Cowboy. Hint: it will be completed together with your progress in the game. |
 | Finally on the Offensive Description: Complete Story Mission: Tangled Up In Blue. Hint: it will be completed together with your progress in the game. |
 | Mistakes and Triumphs Description: Complete Story Mission: The Shatterer of Worlds. Hint: it will be completed together with your progress in the game. |
 | Son of Medici Description: Complete Story Mission: Son of Medici. Hint: it will be completed together with your progress in the game. |
 | Winner Takes All, Again Description: 100% Just Cause 3. Hint: to get this achievement / trophy, you have to complete the main storyline, liberate all the provinces, complete all the challenges, collect all the vehicles and collectibles. |
