Heroine
On this page of the Heavy Rain Game Guide, we explain the requirements for unlocking the Heroine epilogue. This is the most positive ending for Madison (not counting the epilogue New life associated with Ethan).
This epilogue assumes that Madison becomes a hero and gains fame by solving the mystery of the Origami Killer and saving Shaun. Requirements for getting this ending:
Ethan didn't sleep with Madison or forgive her in the On the Loose scene. Alternatively, Ethan could end up in jail or die in the final stage called Old Warehouse.
Madison appears at the crime scene in the Old Warehouse chapter as the only one or in Ethan's company, and wins the fight to save Shaun.
Madison did not die in the following scenes: The Doc, Killer's Place, Old Warehouse.
Square One
On this page of our Heavy Rain Game Guide, we explain the requirements for unlocking the Square One epilogue. This is one of Madison's most negative endings, which assumes that Madison couldn't find the old warehouse.
This epilogue assumes that Madison fails to solve the riddles of the origami killer. The woman becomes depressed and her hallucinations intensify. Warunki uzyskania tego epilogu:

This epilogue assumes that Madison died during her journalistic investigation.Requirements for getting this ending:
Madison dies in [The Doc], [Killer's Place] or [Old Warehouse].
The curiosity is that Ethan may appear in the epilogue. This will only happen if he avoids being placed permanently in custody and survives to the stage of the Old Warehouse without dying in it.
